2016 Thanksgiving Holiday Closure Schedule

Waldorf University would like to wish you and your loved ones a Happy Thanksgiving. As you prepare for this holiday season, the following Holiday Schedule concerning assignment submissions, course enrollment requests and other student requests is provided

2016 Waldorf University Online Services Thanksgiving Holiday Schedule:

Waldorf University Online Services will be closed Wednesday, November 23 – Friday, November 25, 2016 and will re-open Monday, November 8, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. CST. Student requests, including email and voicemail, will be promptly attended to upon our return.


Suggested Submission Deadlines for the Holiday Schedule:

The following submission deadlines are provided as a guideline to ensure your request is processed prior to holiday closure. Requests submitted after the published deadlines may not be processed until offices re-open.

  • Course Enrollments:
  • Assignment Submission: 
    • Assignments submitted during the closure will be graded by Tuesday, November 29, 2016, 11:59 p.m. CST.
  • Success Center: 
    • Writing and Math requests:
      • Students who would like to submit a writing or math assignment to the Success Center must do so by close of business Monday, November 21, 2016.  The Success Center will resume all duties on Monday, November 28, 2016.
    • Incomplete Course or Final Exam Requests: Monday, November 28, 2016

Scheduled Website/Blackboard Maintenance:

  • During the scheduled break, maintenance may occur on one or more Waldorf University Online Service systems. Please refer to the following website to review the status of any ongoing maintenance that may occur during the scheduled break.
